We have purchased the flat in 2016 at above mentioned address in Satara. The agreement included water filter and generator for the lift facilities for 7 floor building. Since last 2 years, all the residents have requested and complained to the builder regarding the same, but no action was taken. The appartment is 2 km away from main city, therefore we face huge problems. Kindly look into the matter and assist us.

We booked one Flat on dated 04-Oct-2012 in Sanskriti, Developer is earthcon universal infratech private limited, now they have given the letter Offer of Possession for FIT OUT And Interior and increase the increase the saleable the area from 1062 to 1155 s.q.ft and demand extra for 93 S.qFt and also demand Farmer Compensation INR 75/Sq.Ft +GST to GNIDA, Kindly helps us, against Builder.

I have booked a flat in Casa Grande 2 project of yours in January 2012 at Chai V, Greater NOIDA and till now have paid 20% approx. value of the flat. Since, 2013 onward we have been continuously following up with Earthcone office and have paid multiple visits at the construction site to pursue the progress of above said project. Itâs now more than five years (5yrs) now and I regret to say that in spite of my several visits and follow ups I have never been able to understand/know the actual state of the project. In 2015 some construction work kick started but again halted and since then no substantial movement is observed. Now donât know when this project is going to get over & Earthcone will start giving the possessions to the customers. We have invested our hard earned money and now started feeling whether we have invested in the right project or not.

I booked one flat at Royal Nest Greater Noida West society at CLP 50:50 plan & had made payment of 50% of basic value. Now construction has completed and received offer for possession with Call notice for payment. Builder has charged 12% with out any passing input credit benefit in Basic price.they denied to pass benefit and claim that they don't have input credit to pass it. I have asked all these information in writing but don't receive any response from builder. Pl suggest what step I will take.

I had an agreement with the builder for a flat with open parking at Lucknow. At the time of registry in August 2016 at Lucknow, the builder was ready to allot a covered parking after payment of difference amount for covered parking. I had paid the sum in cash because builder is Delhi based and wasn't ready to make registry if I paid in cheque. He assured me that receipt would be sent. Flat was registered with covered parking. But now builder is denying from any cash payment and denied covered parking as I have no proof of cash payment as he hadn't sent payment receipt. The builder is neither complying the registered deed nor allot covered parking.I have emailed many times but not responded.

My position date was in 2014 but i didn't get the position yet. Since, no work started and also as per one decision of national consumer forum, allottee can get back it's deposited money if he is not satisfied with progress. Sir, marriage of my younger brother is to take place in this year i. e 2018, i am in need of money and request you to kindly direct the earth infrastructure limited to return my amount with 18% interest on urgent basis. Dear Sir/Madam, we had purchased a resale flat in the above address as builder initially given all flats to rent for Five years to a company,due to disputes between them,company vacated their employees, and builder was resale all flats to us in presence of bank officers and bank sanctioned us mortgage loans,registration completed but mutation is not done by builder as he was not paid the previous municipal tax to Byasanagar Municipal office and argued with us that he is not ready to pay. we got electrical connection in the name of us..but all occupied flat owners are very mush interested to pay holding tax to municipality..due to this disturbance we are unable to pay..what we can do and local authorities will not take any interest to collect the not paid holding tax from him.

I had booked a 2 BHK apartment in City of Homestead project in Sohna, Gurgaon in October 2014. The cost of apartment was INR 30 Lacs and I had paid 30% of the cost i.e. INR 9,27,810 (including taxes) to the builder, M/s Homestead Infrastructure Private Limited in 3 installments in Oct, Nov and Dec 2014. The builder had committed that the project would start in Feb 2015 and will be completed in Feb 2019. However, the project has not even been started. On enquiring, I was informed that the project was abandoned as one of the directors had committed a huge financial fraud. Hence, I filed for refund in June 2017. I was given a written confirmation on company letter-head that my money will be refunded in 4 installments from Nov 2017 till Feb 2018. However, I have not received a single installment till date. Request your intervention in getting my money back along with appropriate compensation from the builder.

I had booked a Flat No.through Indiabulls in 105,A-Wing, on the 1st Floor, in proposed building to be Constructed by Mahavir Patwa Builders in one of their project âMahavir Galaxy Phase IIâ Village Khargoan Near Toll Nak, Paye Kaman, Bhiwandi Vasai Road, Thane.Entire Project is in Indiabulls custody and revenue they deposit in Indiabulls Escrow account. Due to non compliance of the rules said project work stopped by thane collector. After 2 1/2 years news published that patwa builders get arrested and released on bail under Instrumental act. so i decided to cancelled the booking and i did the same.After cancellation they return 1,81,000/- by NEFT and deducted 25000/- I told them that the booking was cancelled since there is no progress and cancellation is for no fault of my but non -compliance of commitment agreed to me. The opposite Parties have not executed up-till now any sale Deed.I did follow through mail and Reg AD but they didn't give me any reply even to my Advocate.

I purchased a flat from BSM Shelter Pvt. Ltd in the month o f Dec 2015. I paid Rs 19 Lacs towards the purchase price, with the verbal promise from builder that flat will be delivered within 18 months. On enquiring in Jan 2017, I was told that NOC has not been obtained yet and they offered to refund the full amount. I accepted the offer but so far only 50 % has been returned, that too without any interest. In Jan 2018, I was given 2 cheques for remaining amount but both had "Stop payments" against it. I have been following up for refund for past about 14 months without much of response. Kindly help getting my remaining 9.5 lacs back with interest.

I have signed an agreement for sale to buy an apartment from a builder. The builder has a clause in the agreement that the buyer should get interiors done only through them. Initially most buyers were told that NOC can be taken but now builder is refusing permission to outside vendors to carry on any work. Can we book the builder for restrictive trade practices?

Builder has not given Completion certificate, Conveyance deed, sale deed. Even after 5 years of possession. Now starting construction on 6th floor, planned to go further for next 7th ,one additional floor. Name of builder : Shree Yashashree construction Pvt.Ltd. & DSKulkarni (DSK ) Nmae of Builder : Shri Viraj Lomte. Address same as above: having illegal office set up in same premises, since last 6 years. Not ready to give any committed documents which is RIGHT of every flat holder, Trying to do purposely delay for society formation ( taken money for same) since last 4 years. Deliberate delay as he wants to start further construction. Please help to protect the right of consumer. Total 48 flat holders are suffering since more than 6 years.

Can Municipality force you to go for assessment & mutation if the builder has not provided individual electric meters, electric poles for street lights, municipal water supply etc. in a complex of 17 blocks consisting of 480 flats.

THis is regarding one of the flat which was being possesed by me at provident sunworth 5C-301 While buying the flat i Was being told by the Sales person that the flat was East facing flat and I was not allowed to see the flat. The Sales person showed only the model flat. When the construction was over and i insisted that i want to see the flat then they allowed me and when I saw it was a South West facing flat. Which is not what i Was promised. When I raised the request it was being told that they cannot swap the flat, though there are flats available and I was ready to bear the incentives, it was being told that stackholders are not agreeing to it. This is really unethical that it was being promised that the flat was facing EAST whereas it was never like that and customers are not even allowed to see the flat. Pls help me in swapping the flat. I purchased Flat along with Open Parking from Builders: Tricity Realtors, Building: Tricity Pride, Flat No.403, Sector 9 Ulwe, but i have been allotted Parking on a Slope at entrance of building which is unusable & will cause damage to my own & society members vehicle during entry & exit from building. I sent email & personally met Builder but the problem is not resolved. I am working on Merchnat ship & am prsently outside India. Kindly advise how to get normal parking space from builder.

Dear Sir/madam, We are duped by Citicon engineers Pvt Ltd for principal amount of Rs 14,60,000/- It is very disheartened to intimate you that we had entered into an agreement with Citicon Engineers Ltd on December 5,2012 to book a land of 6000 sqft @ Rs.150/- per sq.ft under the cyber city project with instalment scheme of 36 months. For the same we had given IP of Rs.2,70,000/- (HDFC bank a/c no.18191020000013, chq no-066451,dated-09.04.2012,Amount of Rs.90,000/-. SBI ac no-10872223883, chq no-562666, dated-31.03.12, amount-Rs,1,10,000/-. SBI account no-10872223883, chq no-562669,dated-13.06.12 amount-Rs.50,000/- and rest amount of Rs 20,000/- was paid by cash on 23.06.12 vide receipt no-36547). Afterwards monthly instalment amount of Rs.17, 500/- has been deposited on monthly basis for 20 months from Aug 2012 to April 2014 through cheques of SBI account no-10872223883 which was in the name of our father Mr.Basanta Kumar Panda. Altogether total amount of Rs.3,50,000/- was paid till April 201towards monthly instalment. They were told to handover their land after completion of last instalment but their last instalment was paid on 09.09.2013, 09.09.2014 and 06.06.2014 respectively but they are yet to get their possession. For the same we have been visiting many times in the last 5 years to their office to get the possession but even after repeated follow up and phone calls, we are waiting for our land to be handed over .Each time we are told to give the possession of land or return back our amount but that day never comes. Many times we are given cheque but when we visited to the concerned bank to encash those cheque, we had to return with empty hand as there was no balance available in that account. When we lost our faith completely on the said organisation i.e Coition, we had stopped our further instalments and submitted an application on 28.04.2014 for not to give any further instalments and request them to return our money else give us the possession with the amount we have paid till 28.04.2014. In spite of repeated follow up and regular visit, even after almost 4 years we are given only Rs.45,000/- yet which would be less than the interest amount. We hereby enclosed here the money receipt for your kind reference and request you to guide us to get the possession of land or return our principal amount along with interest as applicable. We had booked Unit no S-401 at PARK VIEW GRAND SPA, Sector 81, Gurgaon from the builder BESTECH INDIA PVT LTD. The builder buyer agreement was dated 6th July 2012 and according to that the possesion was to be delivered within 45 months (including 9 months grace period). However, the builder has sent the final demand note in End dec 2017, with possession likely in Feb/March 2018. However they are refusing to give any compensation for the delay citing delay in awarding of OC by Haryana Govt. As per the agreement they are liable to pay at least Rs 5 per sft per month, whereas they charge 18% p.a. for any delay in payment from customer. While i am going ahead with the payment of the dues as per, so as not to delay possession any further, however, i should be awarded compensation for the delay, ideally at market interest rates, if not, at least at the compensation mentioned in the agreement. According to the builder this project does not fall under RERA as OC was issued in June 2017.

I had booked one flat in Bangalore, Hennur with Nitesh Estates Limited in Nitesh Hunter Valley project in May 2015. I had paid booking amount of INR 4 lakhs to the builder. At the time of booking it was informed that the approval required from various statutory authorities for the commencement of construction has not been obtained and the same shall be in place within 6 months from the booking date i.e. maximum by December 2015 and the project would be completed by end of 2019. However, in March 2017 the builder scrapped the project since it could not obtain commencement certificate from BBMC and RERA was introduced. On frequent enquiries about the status of the refund of the booking amount only false assurances were given that it would take further 3 â 4 months to amount refunded. Is it a fit case for consumer complaint and criminal case or civil recovery suit is the only option available.

I paid full amount in Dec.2013 to purchase 8.5 Kaththa of residential lot from SDI Multi Developers in Malandighi, Mouza-KandarKona, Distt- Burdwan, WB. The seller has not been able to handover the possession of the sold land to me till today. They have been providing misleading information after taking the payment. I have booked a Flat in Raheja Vanya project in Gurgaon. I have so far paid Rs. 8,50,000 to the developer. Due to some unwanted situation i withdrew from the project, and asked for a refund. The developer said that the booking amount, which is Rs 5,20,000 will not be refunded and rest amount will be. We have not signed any builder buyer agreement and I withdrew from the project on July 2017. Its been more than 5 months now and I have not yet received the refund. Please help me get back my money.

At the time of booking flat. Builder promise to give covered parking at the cost of 50K. And aslo asked to pay the amount before 3 months before the possession. Now after 6 months they say that there are no covered parking available. I need covered parking and I am ready to pay for it.

I have paid Rs one lakh to Dhiraj dhansing patil on 18/8/16,for booking a flat in sai krupa apptt.s no 10/a-2/1+2+3+4,plot no 14 to 21/1 by NEFT to his joint a/c no 187001502673-ICICI bank college road branch,Nasik.He did not give any receipts for the same,I thought NEFT txn itself is proof of payment.After few days I came to know that the said property is in dispute,so I withdrew and asked my money back.The builder gave me a chq 019593 dt 20/04/17,which returned unpaid.I sent him notice through lawyer,he requested me not to proceed with legal suit so I did not proceed further in good faith.Now he is not paying my money back and giving me promices to repay my money on a future date.Kindly look into the matter and give me justice. I paid Rs.45 lakh against 66 lakh by 18 Aug 2017.On 03 Dec 2017, the management informed me the contact and flat is terminated and the paid amount will be refund after 180 days with deduction of 5% of total amount. The Master Ventures Pvt. Ltd in Bangalore is a many making business. This is very tricky real estate. Be aware of this real estate.

Dear Sir, I have booked Flat at Lodha as of April 2014 with agreed date of possession Dec 2016 , but still after 3 years 8 months I have not received possession of flat. Moreover as per agreement of sale there is grace period of 1 year which is also about to to cross on 31st Dec 2017. As per last communication now possession date is shifted to July 2018 , without any compensation. Now I am asking to terminate agreement , than Lodha customer care replied that I would be charged 10% penalty, moreover refund would be paid in 12 equal EMI without interest (starting from 13th month to 24th Month from date of termination of agreement ) , also no compensation would be paid. Amount paid to Lodha till date is 43.5 Lacs INR/- in principal (tobe refunded post termination of agreement after 31st Dec 2017 ). Govt Fees for Stamp Duty and Registration is 25500/- INR as of 15 May 2014 Interest Paid to SBI for Home loan 4 Lacs INR /- Compensation of 14000/- INR per month for Rent paid.

Hi, We are all residents of SRS Royal Hills Sec-87, Faridabad and have paid for our flats through our hard earned money and builder has in association with banks have duped innocent citizens by financing and refinancing flats and projects and has turned defaulter to loan payments he has taken . Most of us bought flats from 2010 to 2015 or 2016 and got them financed from banks like State Bank of India and state bank of India legal team approved project and we got loan from them now Canara Bank has come up laying claim on flats that in 2014 or 15 they gave 100 crore loan to builder and since builder is not paying 1200 flats will be taken over and this is the fraud as something which is already pledged how can you take or give loan again on that. Now see the irony local government officials or representatives who are flag bearers of a corruption free society too are sleeping and not coming to help of around 5000 residents whose shelter is at stake.

I booked my flat in January 2017 in TATA VALUE HOMES BOISAR. Paid the first installment as asked by their representative.While first installment was being processed they promised and assured to issue us the loan for the rest of the amount,for which we were kept being fooled since months. They kept delaying and assuring that loaning is done.But actually there wasnt any loan passed. When asked for refund on the basis of their incapability to get our loans done,their response has been that as per their application clause I should have been the one responsible for laoning and not them. M/S Bricks and Mortar Global Real Estate Advisory Pvt. Ltd. A-3, 3rd Floor, Sector 4, NOIDA âU.P. I booked a flat "A-4 G0001, UNIWORLD GARDENS, Sector 117 NOIDA". I was issued a letter/credit note dated 31-03-2010 for payment of Rs.108296 as a special discount immediately after 30% of cost of flat was made to builder. The agreed 30% payment was made by me and they assured over the mail dated 08 June 2011 that the payment would be released to me within 90 days. Accordingly the payment was supposed to be released to me by 07 Sep 2011. I have been following for the release of agreed amount 108296 RS continuously. The said payment has not been made to me till date besides their customer support have been avoiding my telephone calls. Hi, I bought a affordable housing flat in the sector 37C gurgaon in project OUR HOMES from developer APEX BUILDWELL in 2013. The promised date of possession was July 2016 but till date only structure of society is completed. I being a common man has to pay rent monthly and also the loan EMI it is very hard for us to survive if such builders will continue to cheat us. Since this is a affordable housing project very low salary people only buy and in these projects if builders will not handover the houses to owners on time then there is no option left for us other than sleeping on road or get myself hangged. There are approx 1100 flat in this project but not even single flat is completed, imagine the pain and tears of these 1100 families who are waiting for there home. I request if any government or honest officer is there who can help me and other people like me, please take immediate action on this complaint.

Revered Sir/Madam, booked flat KOHINOOR CASTLE AMBERNATH on 1st Sept 2015 with payment of 50000 in cheque, on assurance of 99% loan if loan to be taken from Builder preferred Bank (HDFC), with oral assurance of intimidate process of loan in 2 weeks, lesser document asked for Token Agreement to builder, He said first get loan santioned from our bank , i ask for agreement to apply for loan in my banker, many verbal request done, no response, bank telling each and every document after 15 days, first builder told 99% finance, then after document verification after 45 days bank told 90% finance, i arranged , now after 85 days bank telling 75% finance due to low banking, asking to me to arrange 6lakhs in 48 hours now on 90th Builder sending me eamil for non payment of Amount asking around 2000/- per day intrest for delayed payment something fishy observed from day one, from builder end, as builder not given any token agreement to me, neither booking to me, builder preferred BANK

I had bought flat bearing number D1 502 at SRS Royale Hills Phase I Sector 87 Faridabad in 2012 and have made all payments to builder. Even after receiving possession certificate for the flat the builder is not getting the property registered in my name. The builder has also mortgaged the property further to Canara Bank and has now defaulted on payment consequent to which the bank has proceeded to take possession of many properties of our society including mine under provisions of the SARFAESI Act. We suspect corruption in dealings between the builder and the bank and thus require your urgent intervention to help us. We have interests in the property and even after making payment of all dues to the builder, it has not transferred the ownership in my name and has defaulted on payment to the bank also leading to one-sided possession of the property in favour of bank and extinguishment of my right in the same. Hi, I had booked a unit in one of the project called "Beetle Lap" in Jaypee Sports City Yamuna Express Highway builder is Home & Soul under Subvention scheme. There was no EMI till the time possession is given. Subvention period was over in MAY17 and as possession is not given yet, interest component was to be reimbursed by Builder. Basis on this confirmation I have paid almost 2 lacs to Bank and since last 3 months I am chasing builder to get the money reimbursed and every time they are making some excuse by giving revised dates. My name is Sanjay Dey. I had booked a flat in Naigaon east under construction from Rashmi builders in star city project in January 2013. I was being told that I will get my flat in March 2016, but Rashmi builders didn't give me the possession yet and it has been delayed over a year now. After a lot of request and visit to there office for cancellation of the booking to get back out money from January 2017, they finally did the paperwork for cancellation in August 2017 and promised us to pay us back by mid-October in 3 instalments. After the Cancellation paperwork, we have been told that after deduction of taxes, we will receive 5,41,589 rupee cash and a cheque of Rupee 13,77,208 from Rashmi Builders.We have visited there office 30-35 time in last 4 months, we repeatedly tried calling Mr. Ashok Bosmiya but he either doesn't talk or keeps telling us to come back in 2 days again and every time we were called we were told to come back later.Kindly help.My number is 8898992724

On 02.11.2017,I went to M/s.M India Land Developers,Coimbatoreâ641044 for enquiry about their projects.At the time,they ask me to pay Rs.10,000/-as tocken advance to show there projects,further they told that,Once if I am not intrested or any other causes to unable to buy their projects,I can get back my token advance at any time.Based on their confirmation I paid Rs.10,000/-on 02.11.2017 vide Token Receipt No.11809.They show their projects on 05.11.2017.Further,due to my health issues I am unable to buy,then I called and went directly to cancel the booking.After cancel the booking I request them to refund me the token advance.For that,they says "we can refund the amount after 180 days only"I ask them you never told me this condition and even I have not block any site,so please refund me at the earliest.For that they said this is our company policy.After that I sent mails,but they never response my mails.Kindly advice and help me to get the refund.

After receiving 90% consideration of construction and 100% land cist, builder changed the approved plans to the detriment of my interest. Sewage treatment plant has been set up near my balcony. As I had no other alternative, I had taken posession of flat. Builder has also take an affidavit. Full amount paid. If I go to court, will I succeed? Can you give me any SC citation? Regards Thanks

I had given a token amount of Rs. 10,000 to Mr. Kali Rath (Founder of Rentzaa and Sacorooms, email@example.com, 9764320600) for renting an accomodation in Ajmera Avenue, Electronic city, Bengaluru. Due to change of my office project location, I could not finalize the accomodation and asked for a refund of the same on 4th October 2017. It was agreed upon by both of us that the total amount would be refunded. It has been more than 1 month now and even after innumerable reminders, calls and messages to him, he has not refunded the amount back. Initially, he gave an excuse that his account has been blocked and later on said that he has a family emergency. I have all the emails and conversations intact regarding the same. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

I have purchased flat at above address in 2016, but Developer has not allotted parking space to me.As per DC rules about parking one should get Compulsorily Parking space per flat.The Buliding was Constructed in 2007 with Occupation Certificate been issued but the Developer has not Redgistered the Society. Now Ad-Hoc Society has been in function which are unable to tackel various issues related to Parking. Latest Kindly allow my application as there are many parking spaces sold by builder but not given to me.There is an Supreme court order for Parking and the details are as under;-- (i) 2010(9) SCC 536, Nahalchand Laloochand Pvt. Ltd. V/s. Panchali Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. In this case, the Hon'ble Supreme Court observed that, "Promoter/builder has no right to sell any portion of the building which is not a flat, within the meaning of Section 2(a- 1), the builder has to convey the entire land, building and the common space present in the premise.

I booked a plot in AFOWO project called Raksha Paradise on 23rd May 2017 by a booking amount of 1 lakh. On 28th aug I cancelled the plot as I could not find this project feasible for me in terms of maintenance. But still after formal cancellation and email commitment of full refund within 45 days from cancellation, the builder is not refunding my booking amount. They do not pick our calls. They donât respond to our emails. Please help.

I Have booked a flat with Pivatol Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. Faridabad, in project Ansal Royal Heritage Faridabad in May 2012 as per the agreement possession have to be given in 42 month ie December 2015. 95% payment has been made in Feb. 2015. builder could not delivered even after 64 month of booking of this flats. Hi Team, We have booked two flats at Godrej Infinity, Keshav Nagar Pune, through an agent (Rahul Sharma and Shoaib Shaikh from M/S Sansar Sales Corporation Pvt. Ltd., Destination Centre, Magarpatta City Pune, Mega Centre , Pune - 411001) on the agreement that they will pass on Rs. 50,000 for each flat i.e. Rs 1 Lakh total, from the commission they get from the Builder (Godrej Infinity) once the agreement is done. We had got the agreement registered in April 2017. After multiple followups the agent has provided only 40,000 INR for each flat, i.e. Rs 80,000 total. Stating that we are liable to pay Rs. 10,000 TAX for each flat. As per my understanding, the agent should give us two TDS certificate of amount Rs 10,000, to the owner of the two flat. He refuses to give any tax details he has made and TDS certificates. Request you to kindly take the necessary action. Thank You in advance

Sir, we hired a flat for rent in Padur, Chennai for two students, one of them my son. The boys were studying in the nearby university. The flat was taken on rent from 20 Jun 2016, after paying a security deposit of Rs 80,000 as asked for by the owner. The flat was vacated on 27 Aug 2017 after giving a month's notice as per the rental agreement. The flat was rented though a rental agency, OMR Rentals located at Padur, Chennai. When the flat was handed over to us, the inventory that was made was not very detailed. But when we handed over the flat on 27 Aug 2017, the same rental agency prepared a detailed inventory, claiming all sorts of damages, even for fitments that were in in working condition. because of the recommendations of the agency, the owner of the flat delayed the return of the security deposit of Rs 80,000 for more than 40 days after the flat was vacated and till date, has still not returned Rs 4000 for unspecified reasons. I would like to seek a legal redressal.

I have registered a flat with P dot G constructions, Chennai in 2014, they promised to complete the construction by this September 2017. Till now I don't see a completion of even one block out of 5 blocks. Upon repeated visits, they insist to change the registers flat to an another block wherein they promise to complete by December 2018. I have also insisted on compensation on failure of the same, but no clear reply from them. I am currently in rented house spending 1250o/- pm including maintenance and I have taken a loan from the bank for 13 lacs for which I am paying an EMI of Rs. 18417/- also made an initial payment of close to 7.5 lacs to the builder. Hi Sir, I Sarthak Sawant booked a flat No. 1605 A in the Emerald Building, Dosti Planet North Project on 16th July 2017. I want back my booking aamount 1 lakh rupees. salesman Amol bodke quoted me a price of 74 lakh but since it wasnât in my budget he quoted me a price 70lakh and after last discussion of 68.25000 lakh to which I had to finally agree to. Owning my own house is very essential for my familieâs future hence even though 68.25000 lakh is beyond my budget I had planned to sell some of my wifeâs jewellery and some of my land and pay more than 70% of the cost via loan. Yesterday morning i.e. on 28th July when I saw the offer in Times of india for a similar flat in the same project i.e. Dost North for 58 lakh I felt cheated and depressed. The offer that I saw in the advertisement is for a flat in the same wing (Flat No. 1305) for 58 lakh, which is 10.25 lakh lesser than what you offered to me just 8-10 days back.

But there has been no sign of project construction to be started. MVL managment is just fooling us and giving false timelines. I have purchased a plot in OBILI INFRASTRUCTURE PVT LTD. in 2011. in the registration the lay out NO 1284/P4/ZO/shankarpally/HMDA/2011. was mentioned, but the same is not found in HMDA approved lay outs. The lay out is not developed till today, please guide me. Thank you

invested in pre-launch housing project of VICTORIOUS BUILDWELL PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U70109HR2013PTC054682) advertised as "Regal Floors, Sector 64, Bhiwadi". I had paid the initial booking amount of Rs 2,00,000.00 (Rupees Two Lacs) in July 2014 vide cheque number 885906 and later Rs 2,89,605.00 (Rupees-Two-Lac-Eighty-Nine-Thousand-Six-Hundred-Five) in September 2014 vide cheque number 885908 and another Rs.3,63,050.00 (Rupees-Three-Lacs-Sixty-Three-Thousand-Fifty) in November 2014 vide cheque number 159324, all cheques drawn on Royal Bank of Scotland , Build and IIFL reality limited are not answering the phone call

Hi, I have submitted my complaint today via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. I would request you to please help me as its been more than a year and my real estate broker "Connections" hasn't paid me INR 10.3 lakhs which was the promised discount when I booked apartments through him. In my complaint I have attached the credit note (Which is the proof that he owes me money) and all communications exchanged with him even the ones requested by Consumer Helpline folks. He hasnt responded to the Consumer Helpline emails as well and hence I need to now take complaint to the next level (this has been guided to me by Consumer Helpline). I had booked a 4000 sq.ft. plot in Borgoan, Neral, Maharashtra in 2011.when it was booked was told the plot will be handed over in 5 yrs. span.Now the 5 yrs. have got over but no plot or no refund money is given to us. The name of the developer is Mr. Haidar and co name Spaceland Developer. Please Advice Us.

This is regarding execution of Order by Honorable Court for Consumer Dispute â Thane District with regards to Petition No. EA-15-2013 (me being the aggrieved party). The order has been pronounced on 23rd Dec 2014 which is since then pending execution in thane tehsil. The same is noted in Tehsil office under RRC-55042/14. The execution order is pending with Tehsil since 3 years. Repeated reminders to Mandal Adhikari haven't done any good. We need guidance on how to follow up this matter through court to bring it to logical end.

Sir I Richard fernandes from South Goa cansaulim had booked a plot with Anirudh real estate (proprietor Amit shivdas Naik) in May 2016.he promised me that he will develop the plot with in 3 months but still no leveling,road,electricity and swimming pool is done which he showed me his plan. I paid him 1100000/- For the last 3 months I'm asking him to pay my money back but he promises that he will pay but not even single rupee is paid.

Dear Sir / Madam, I have service agreement with Lisa home solution. They suppose to manage my properties and paying service charge for them. Last 2 year, they are not providing any service and deducting service charge regularly for no service They suppose to take rent from Tenant and give it to me on time. They messed up and didn't do anything They suppose to maintain my house from previous tenant which is not maintained. Previous tenant had given one month notice and it is not communicated to me. House was idle for long time without tenant which is a big loss. I could able to get Tenant with in 10 days by advertising at Magicbrick They are not doing anything properly and not responding to my calls also. Eductional activities in BHEL Township was formally started in early sixties with the opening of a Primary School which grew into BHE.Tagore Middle School in the later period. H.E.Education came into existence on 22.1.1963 with its registration under M.P.Societies Registration Act 1959 (Reg.No.314). This society was running 4 Middle Schools & 4 Higher Secondary schools to cater the educational needs of BHEL employees. Out of the above, all the 4 Middle schools were merged in different Higher Secondary Schools in April 2002 and the students & staff accommodated in it.
Apart frm H.E.Education Society one another registered Education Society in the name BHEL Shiksha Mandal under the patronage of BHEL also came into being w.e.f.16.8.1983 with the start of Jawaharlal Nehru School. The easwhile H.E.Education Society was amalgamated / merged in BHEL Shiksha Mandal w.e.f.19.7.2002. Kasturba College of Nursing was started under BHEL Shiksha Mandal in the year 2002.
